7. An analogous procedure was adopted in the case of the Government House and City Development Scheme, which is
33800 4the subject of a special Ordinance, No.30 of 1934. The two
cases are by no means parallel and I am not sure whether in
this instance you will consider the departure from Colonial
Accounting Regulations sufficiently serious to require
special legislation. If you do, I shall be much obliged if
consideration may be given to the Draft Bill which has been
designed to meet this contingency and a copy of which is
enclosed herewith.

Finally, in connection with your circular
despatch dated the 15th October, 1937, my Executive Council
has expressed a desire that the Parks provided under this
scheme should bear the title of King George's Fields and
I "ould enquire whether in your opinion this Government
would be justified in applying to the Foundation for permission
to make use of the heraldic panels.
